Located on the lower level of The Main Barn, abundant natural light highlights the vaulted ceilings of these whitewashed rooms. Both spaces provide direct access to the outdoor terraces, where guests can mingle over cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, while leisurely exploring the property.
Nestled beside a grove of live oaks, The Granary's distinctly Southern charm serves as a cozy, separate space for private soirées and celebrations.
At WinMock, we’ve created a venue that’s stylish, ample, and easily customizable. Our spaces can accommodate the latest technology and an old-fashioned aesthetic in the same setting. So whatever your taste, or however large your family, we’re happy to oblige. After all, this is your day—let’s make the spaces yours, too.
We are happy to have your furry family members on-site! Please know that dog(s) must be leashed at all times, dog waste must be
properly picked up and disposed of, and you must provide up-to-date vaccination records 30 days prior to the Event Date.
Additionally, dog(s) must be brought on-site by an individual who is not a guest and taken off-site after photos and/or their ceremony
participation.
While sparklers and loose streamers are not permitted, we do permit bubbles, water-soluble confetti, glowsticks, and ribbon wands.
Absolutely! On top of your chosen Main Barn package, you may add The Granary for an additional $750, subject to availability.
We would love to have you and your photographer for a WinMock photo shoot! This would be scheduled based on our calendar of
events and during our regular office hours. Note that spaces are not guaranteed to be clean and clear or set in a particular way unless
we contract our staff to do so at a minimum hourly charge.
Effective April 15, 2024, WinMock does now require you to have a licensed and insured day-of event planner/coordinator for your big event. WinMock has a curated list of highly recommended planners that know our property, services, and solutions well. WinMock provides friendly and dedicated venue staff for the day of your event that will greet guests, provide janitorial services and make sure the venue is in prime condition.
A 2-hour rehearsal is offered complimentary, although it is not guaranteed to be the night before the wedding day or in the same ceremony space. We confirm the day and time two weeks prior to the wedding date based on our event schedule.
Our on-site venue staff will set up all items provided in your package or subsequently rented through WinMock. Set up of rental items
from outside vendors or client-provided equipment is the responsibility of the client/vendor.
We certainly hope you will want to visit WinMock soon. While our office hours are Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00
pm, we offer guided property visits by appointment Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, subject to the event

Your team of on-site venue staff would take care of general janitorial services and the removal of WinMock furnishings and rentals.
You would only be responsible for cleaning up and removing décor, gifts, and personal items before the free and clear time.
Yes! We welcome decorations such as flowers, candles and uplighting. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building
that will cause damage. If you choose to use candles, we require that they are in containers in order to prevent damage to our
surfaces, linens and facility. WinMock also has a selection of decor packages, including lighting, draping and tabletop rentals.
The first payment, amount depending on the package and venue you choose, and your $500 refundable deposit is due when you turn in your signed contract – this makes your event official! Other payments you may have will be due throughout the planning process. Your payment schedule will be laid out on the first page your contract for quick reference!
Your event must conclude with enough time for all guests, vendors and items to be free + clear of the property by the end of your
chosen venue rental timeframe, which will be listed on your contract at the time of booking.
We have ample on-site parking for each venue with nearby overflow parking, as needed.
We have an 8x16 stage available for rent, and we would be delighted to outsource a larger stage. if necessary. While WinMock does not
provide audio visual services for weddings, we are happy to provide a list of vendor recommendations, if you'd like.
We typically recommend three beer selections, along with three wine selections a plus
up to six liquor choices.
WinMock does not permit guests to bring in their own alcohol. All beer, wine and spirits must be purchased through and serviced by WinMock. Please see our Bar Service Packages for more details.
Outside of the above requirements for caterers, you are welcome to work with any vendor of your choice. We have a curated list of
recommendations sorted by category that we would be happy to share with you once you book, though!
WinMock requires the use of our in-house catering partnerships for all Saturday events at the Main Barn. We do allow a la carte events for Fridays and Sundays.
A la carte events require the use of a caterer from our Approved Caterers list and additional fees do apply. For events in the Granary, WinMock allows you to use one of the caterers from our Approved Caterer list, or to self cater as long as there are no flames/chafers.
On-site security, contracted by WinMock, is required with all bar services, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Yes, all of our indoor facilities are equipped with heat and air conditioning.
Yes! Decades ago, the property was part of a country retreat with a fully operational dairy farm and home to herds of the finest Red Poll cattle. The venue is now listed on the National List of Historic Places.

I wish I could get married at WinMock every weekend! From the very beginning, the team was so organized, attentive to details, and had great communication! The food and bar service ran flawlessly. Beautiful and spacious bridal suite and grooms lounge. The grounds are lush and green, the venue was clean and well air-conditioned, elevator access, and there is plenty of parking. You won't be disappointed!
