With the invention of smartphones, this is no longer necessary! We have discovered a few apps that will help keep your planning process more organized from start to finish!
EventBrite – This app is perfect for ticket selling. Great for pre-event sales as well as at-the-door. This app will allow you to make a customized page, track your ticket sales in real-time as well as send invitations and emails from your account – all with 24/7 customer support. This will also benefit your attendees by having their tickets available on their mobile device, no need for paper!
DropBox – DropBox is an easy way to take your files with you! Simply upload any files you may need easy access to from your computer to your DropBox account, then once you download the app they will be accessible from any mobile device.
Notability– Notability and DropBox go hand – in- hand. Any planner knows that event details are ever changing. With Notability, you can access your files via DropBox and actually write in changesyou’re your table set –up is going from 10 rounds of 8 to 7 rounds of 8, this is the easiest way to make a note on an existing document!
HootSuite– While in the throes of planning your event, you also want to be able to keep an eye on what people are saying about it via social media. Hootsuite allows you to schedule tweets and Facebook posts from the same dashboard. Much easier than signing in and out of various accounts!
