WinMock January Open House Recap

We are just over the moon with happiness if you were able to join us earlier this month for our very first WinMock Open House! It was such a delight to sip our delicious signature mocktails and enjoy tasty bites with you. We truly enjoyed meeting you and chatting all about your very special wedding day!

And even if you couldn’t join us, you’re in luck — Megan of Megan Travis Photography was with us and captured the magic of our Open House, and even snapped a few beautiful shots of WinMock covered in a little North Carolina snow.

This set-up and amazing backdrop decor by Green Bee Floral Designs was the perfect way to envision a cozy ceremony in our intimate Granary barn. Few things make our hearts swoon more than lush greenery and a candlelit love story.

And it was an absolute pleasure to reveal our newest addition — our full Loft draping! This gorgeous set of six swagged chiffon panels is a showstopping way to add a touch of romance to your wedding reception and give just one more reason for your guests to be awestruck by our one-of-a-kind arched ceiling!

Green Bee added floral touches throughout our spaces along with the bright greenery hung ever-so-delicately from our draping. It was a sight even more breathtaking in person!

After enjoying a few delicious bites from Providence Catering – like our absolute favorite goat cheese crostinis with blueberries, sage, and honey, yummm – we invited our sweet guests downstairs to take a peek into our Bridal Suite. With a gorgeous tulle gown and flowy bridesmaids dresses from Bellissima, it was an absolute dream come true.

It was no surprise that our Open House guests stuck around for a while — even after strolling around our property on a lovely January evening, our visitors wanted to enjoy the ambiance of The Loft even longer and sip on two of our signature cocktails that we turned into mocktails!

The Weathervane and The Red Roof made for the perfect sweet treat. We took two of our six signature cocktails and turned them into alcohol-free delights for the night. And it was no secret that you could catch us sipping on multiple rounds of these pretties all night long — they were beyond tasty!

With one Open House in 2017 checked off, we are already looking forward to hosting another soirée later this year, so be sure to stay tuned for your invite!
